Biologically, yes.

But they still have the Latin family values and strong Catholic faith, as well as similar cuisine. The Mestizo/Castizo/Whites can even pass for Italian in some cases.

I would not date an Aztec, but a reasonable Mestiza girl of Mexican heritage perhaps.

Castizos and whites, probably. A true (50/50) mestizo? I doubt it.
