Yes, but never to the extent Europe has had. China may receive some immigrants from Vietnam, Thailand, Burma, Philippines, North Korea, Mongolia, etc. (ie places that were historically under the Sinosphere) but I dont see them tolerating completely alien immigrants, and particularly refugees from Africa, the Middle East, etc. Keep in mind, Western Europe does not have the historically self imposed hermitism that China has had, most immigration, even the most alien, had some historical stipulation that made things the way they are today. This is why Maghrebis flocked to France (The Maghreb was part of the Francophone) Turks to Germany (diplomatic relations existing between Berlin and Constantinople as early as the 18th century) and Caribbeans as well as Subcontinentals in Britain (the Commonwealth). The only outlier to this phenomena are the Scandinavian countries and their altruistic and socialist philosophies when it comes to being an asylum. I do not see a future power, Chinese or otherwise, adopting that policy, since even today's superpower, America is not that altruistic. I think Western Europe's demographics have changed for good, and only some sort of global scale 'correcting' measure might change/setback this, sort of like how Jewish presence was minimized back in WW2.
