Where have I complained about this? You're putting words in my mouth. The sluttiness of Western women certainly isn't a bad thing at all, far preferable to the frigidness of some nationalities.

I find all nationalities of women to be equally slutty--once you get them in the sack! Only real difference is the "foreplay" and "courtship" required to get them there. Anywhere from marriage proposal to one lengthy glance to, essentially, date rape!

Western women DO tend to like black men almost as much as their own men...but these women will almost always choose medium-whites like me over blacks or pasty-whites IMO.
