I hate UN, they should care about Haiti, Cuba and China human rights violations or African countries and stop ganging up against with first world countries.
France is fine, they are very generous (too much) to to the rest of the world, look their football team, how can those people be racist. UN is a bureaucracy mafia.

Then again France could just be like any Anglo countries in it's balance of behaviour so if thats what you mean by generous then I guess your right.
