It is no different in the U,S. Poor people generally chose to be Ppoor. Alot of them are mentally ill or illegal immigrants.

The U.S. is an evil capitalistic nation, you know. A country that is indolent or indiferent with the poverty of the fellow human being. A country where poors don't count because they are losers.

That wise man, Chavez, said once that George Bush smelled like sulphur.... I bet your whole country has the same smell.
