Are these men white in South Africa?

Coloured, which may as well be the same thing. They had the right to vote towards the end of Apartheid, they're the victims of racial bias from blacks, and they speak Afrikaans.

I have some sympathy for the whites of South Africa, but it's hard to feel terrible for them when this is just the shoe being on the other foot. They mistreated blacks for many, many years and now blacks are mistreating them.
