Carlos left me this comment on my visitor page:

Hey bro. I'm sure it must have been a frightening experience, the one you had in the park. It must be like the first time I was close to a shooting. But I don't understand, why did you post it in "race and society? My response (slight addition in bold):

Because the Lounge is open only to Established members, so no one else would have been able to see it. I figured Race & Ethnicity is where most of the posts are, and this definitely involves race and ethnicity given most of the people involved were black (and the guy had a stupid thug mentality that resulted in him being separated from his kids).
