Pakistanis, Somalis, Iraqis, Turks, other blacks.
And some Polish (good immigrants) builders and guest workers, and some Thai, Phillipino and Russian mail order brides.
And some Swedish and Finnish young people moving there temporarly to work.

Somalis are the most hated and troublemaking group my norwegian female friend tells me.

Norway is one of the most liberal emancipated and feminist societies in the world, and some newcomers there can't handle that.

My norwegian female friend also told me that somalis thinks norwegian women are walking meat, since they are not used to see women wearing skirts and bare arms during summer where they come from.

I also have to agree that we Western/Northerns Europeans are way to soft, if this happened in Poland, Russia or Serbia instead of Norway the negros (Somalis) and ME/NA thugs would get killed in no time.

However one incident happened in Sweden last year when natives literraly kicked away 50-70 iraqis for having messed with the young natives.
That would be a model for the rest of Scandinavia. Ofcourse they shall not do that to newcomers who behave well.

Also in Norway and Sweden you can unfortunality rape in daylight streets without any of the pedestrians intervening. Well, maybe not but there were one example of "neo-Norwegians" beating a mentally challanged guy in the city and no one helped him, but just stood there at watched.

You who are comparing nowadays feminist soft Norwegians with the old Viking barbarians forget that they aren't exactly the same people, but two societies that have been created in the same geographical place. A lot have happned between these two eras.
