No i didn't. I said she was "young". He's 46, she's 21. She's young.

So he's trying to "save" us by forcing us into default, which will (among other things) cause us to spend far more on our debt, long-term, because it will force our hinterest rates up?

Does that make logical sense to you?

Boehner is only trying to force the US into default if he opposes ALL plans. If his position is no new taxes, then he may want to stick with it. Seems the Dems had a big problem when GHW Bush went back on that pledge. If Obama won't accept, then the result will be default... if default is so bad, maybe Obama should just accept.

Now, stop trying to derail the discussion and let's get back to the matter at hand.

What discussion? The tone of this tread clearly wasn't a demonstration of desire for two sided discussion.
