They should know the laws of the country they're travelling regarding missionary activities and that.
Tell me, what laws can one possibly violate that deserves a punishment of at least 19 years without notifying the family members or the native government of these people? Also, Tableeghi Jamaat does not speak to non-Muslims on their rounds so once again, where is the propagation and proselytization to non-Muslims happening?

Furthermore, most jamats go by invitation and stay at the masjids so again, tell me, what laws were being violated that needed them to be jailed for at least 19 years without informing Pakistan or their families or even those who hosted these brothers?
