Bismillahi.
In one thread (http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...943#post785943) our brother Omar HH mentioned an event, and i am actually looking for the references of the hadith.

But, let us also remember the sahabi who went to the Prophet asking him to make du'a that he become wealthy. The Prophet rejected the request, but after the sahabi kept coming asking for du'a the Prophet then made du'a that the person become wealthy. The person then indeed became wealthy, but quit coming to salat, and quit giving zakat, and it ruined him. I did ask in the previous thread but thought it would be more appropriate to open a new one for that.
