i want to know that who is shah Saeed Ahmed Raipuri and whats is his Rahimia Institute of Quranic Sciences

According to Mufti Abdul Khaliq also part of the institute the founder of the institute is a Khalifa of Molana Shah Abdul Qadir Raipuri (ra) and the founders father is Molana Abdul Aziz Raipuri
