Being honest with oneself is a sign of growth and maturity.

Too bad more people aren't honest with themselves more often, especially people in positions of power (I'm thinking of my boss here, tbh lol).

i totally agree there blue tiger. i'm laughing at the thought of my boss being honest with herself. not gonna happen. it seems to be their way is the only way most times. then again in my work i guess being a boss would be a hard role working with 20 employees and a hundred parents.
