Just focus on your breathing. You don't have to think of your 3rd eye. Practice. Practice. Try guided and follow along. Soon you will start to get better images forming. We all have imaginations, you just need to work on yours a bit more. Peace :-)
I think maybe I don't let go of my thoughts enough. I was watching Darren Brown on TV a few weeks back and he was saying that if someone hypnotised someone and began saying relaxing deeper and deeper, they would relax a lot deeper. I've tried this as a Mantra while meditating and it also works.

Thanks for the advice. I'm interested in Spiritualism and religion in general and I'm currently reading a few Holy scripts from various religions. Its also amazing how reading books like this puts pressure around the head. Although the books I'm currently reading are more to do with Spiritual living and nothing to do with Mediumship, as I'm fed up with materialism and paying through the nose for things I never need as now I'm looking for answers and going for a life change so to speak.
