Just to round out this thread for now. I have ordered the vestment set and a cassock from Istok.
Delivery is 7.5 weeks plus, so they will not arrive before my Archbishop visits. I would never have had that much notice in any case!
So I am borrowing a deacon's sticharion and orarion from recently ordained priest, and a cassock from an Anglican priest friend, so I can get blessed properly attired.
I'll let you know how it all goes. Now looking for a nice ewer and bowl with some good white towels!
