US: Rapidly integrating foreigners into its society peacefully and in vast numbers

Think of this is as analogues to Rouges ability to steal the powers of other Mutants. The US can consistently beat or tie anyone else by just importing all the best talent, the Japanese-Americans build our robots, the Franko-Americans make our Pastries etc etc
