i know how this can seem discouraging, but this has been the official white house stance for decades.

all we can gather from this is that at the present time, the obama administration has either not been tasked with putting a seal of approval on a carte blanche revelation of the existance of extra-terrestrial civilizations

mark.

the earth governments will never disclose the existence of ets because they themselves are involved with these ets in secret treaties and backroom deals, mostly with the negative ones. example : ets dangled a technology carrot, earth governments approved access of human dna to the regressives. to admit that ets exist, governments would have to explain the lies they have carried over for the last 50-60 years.
