Dear Sri Kashyap Ji,

Please do not take my following comments wrong. I think you are being quite harsh on Sri Silverfox's friend. Just from his comments alone, you have drawn some generalizations about him.

We need to allow for all different efforts and contributions to the society based on one's inclination and capacity. Not everyone can contribute at the same level.

I also beg to differ - 'reservation policy' is not the cause of casteism - it is the other way around. Now one can debate whether the policy is justified or not, but we need to always remember that it was originally approved because a majority of folks saw merit in it (that's why they put a time limit also). But it has been used for other purposes now, and so it is bad.

Please, let us unite all of us together, without generalizing. 'Everyone in this world is an actor' as the great poet once said.
