As far as I know, Spain has the least multicultural team of all Western Europe (We won't see the same in 10 years).
Not Italy with his African star, or Germany with its Turkish were able to defeat the brain coordination of mighty Spain. Today, for the first time in centuries (actually 2 years, but anyway...), Spain made their descendants proud ![]() So, what do you think, does multiculturalism affects negatively a team performance? |

Silva and Pedro aren't native Spaniard. Silva has some asian ancestry, while Pedro is from the Islands. The Irish, Polish, Ukrainian and Croatian teams were the least multicultural. ---------- Post added 2012-07-02 at 13:22 ---------- Yes. The closer the teammates are by cultural & ethnic background, the better they get along. ![]() |
