I'd say the Ethiopian woman. This decision would have been much easier had the first photo been of a clearer quality. Also the photo of the European woman reveals much more of what she looks like, as more of her body is in the frame as opposed to the photo of the Ethiopian woman.

^That's weird... She doesn't look Indian to me at all. The only features that would make her appear remotely Indian are her large eyes and dark skin, but even those features only offer a superficial resemblance.
