Neither is White, because nobody is white. Everyone has a dosage of melanin in their skin, the only people who are "white" are individuals suffering from skin disorders like Albinism. And even then, some may have a minimal amount of melanin, so they're technically still not white even though they aren't producing as much melanin as the average European.

Conclusion for me, Armenians and Turks are about the same, though depending on where they're from it varies. The Armenians in Armenia are quite light-skinned, and a decent number of them have lighter hair and eyes. Iranians are darker than both.
