I don't think Sweden has the darker alpinoid types found all throughout Southern Germany, or the dark nord types either. Sweden is clearly lighter, and I don't think there is that much Uralic admix either, hardly any, probably.

I would say it's more individual. The average german is probably equal to the average Swede, regarding skin tone. But Germany probably got more % of swarthy people.

The swarthy people can of course be find here too. Here's an example, a friend of mine. How many germans beat his WINTER skin tone? (he's like a nigger during the summr) and then you should keep in mind that we got snow 6 months per year on my latitude.
