The answer is no. Black women are not tied down nor ostracized by the Black community (U.S.) for dating white men. There are of course Blacks who are more racially conservative as all races have that group. Most children with one Black parent consider themselves Black anyway (U.S.) so they are still in the community. Black women are generally more conservative in dating and marriage than Black men.
