"That definition sucks" "It's stupid" Why? Because according to those definitions, you're not racist. But you wanna be considered racist, so you say the definition of racism that implies you're racist is a good one...
Ok, now you really need to improve that.... ---------- Post added 2010-08-30 at 22:53 ---------- You could say "I consider myself racist because the definition of racism to me is...blah blah blah". But you need to justify why a definition sucks or is stupid. ---------- Post added 2010-08-30 at 22:55 ---------- For example, Bittereander did it well analyzing the first definition. |

Somewhere around Eastern-Europe. Hungary is high on my list too. The last election Jobbik (far-right) had a high number of votes. If you consider the fact that they want all the jews, gypsies, and immigrants OUT of the country, thats pretty fucking racist in my book. |

I believe in the principle of inequality. Nothing is equal to anything and thus no race is equal to another. Therefore superior and inferior races exist. But that's subjective as much as beauty is. My idea of superiority is not equal to yours.
With this in mind, someone can believe in racial superiority without being racist. He essentially accepts the fact that nature created everything unique. Racism would be if these beliefs (or whatever reason) led him behaving differently to people based on their races. |

UK, the concept of race there looks to be very shaped between people's mindset. ---------- Post added 2010-08-31 at 10:06 ---------- Since the act of the Union between Scotland and England (that created Great Britain) there ideally should only be a North Briton and South Briton identity, no ? |

A better Hungary would be one where the corruption diminishes and people choose politicians that represent them, and not larger corporation. Economically the country is a fucking mess, with real wages being low (though finally rising somewhat), and corruption among higher officials in abundance. However in the meanwhile people keep complaining about the gypsies and nationalist bullshit about the trianon treaty (as if Hungary could ever support transylvania). |

I think you're confusing the UK with the US. The BNP in the UK struggles to win a few council seats while the Swiss People's Party and the Dutch Freedom Party are major political forces. |

Italy.
Not only do they hate foreigners (and oppress them), but the reform minister (and leader of the 2nd largest party in government) claims that Southern Italy is not equal but a colony and will never be anything else. Northerners hate Southerners, Southerners hate Northerners, and they both hate immigrants. Even most Italians whose family have been in America for a century are racist. They may have black friends, or Asian friends, or whatnot, but if a girl gets caught with a black man her family will disown her and her friends will consider her a whore. Bigotry is part of the culture. Ex-fascists are all over the government. Mussolini's granddaughter is a MP and the former leader of the fascist party is the President of the Lower House and Berlusconi's former Deputy Prime Minister. Even in sport, Serie A is filled with open fascists. My club, AC Milan has a fascist goalkeeper... and so does Juventus. Black footballers often have to deal with having bananas thrown at them and getting monkey chants. |
