this is not that complicated... East Asians are traditionally viewed as being very foreign to the Euro-centrist concept. So naturally when these Europeans decided to envision what an Alien would look like... They modelled these 'aliens' after Asians but with large exaggerations on certain features. You could say its all related to the xenophobic ideology that was spewed out of Western Europe during the 20th century.

I think asians are disgusted by the majority of westerners, I notice it, they only like whites that are clean cut and have asian asthetics, if you are a shaggy mediteranean or lanky large white, they would rather prefer their own kind
