You choose a picture where he is very tanned to make a point....with his natural natural color in the picture I posted, he could be Antonio Bandera's (Spanish) brother

He's not white. Antonio Banderas is. They look alike because the man I posted is probably 75% Spanish which gives him a Spanish look, only with ~25% or so of African.

You cannot prove he is part black or not. He may be part Gypsy or Arab or something else.

Even if he is part Black (which has a probability, since he is Cuban) I doubt that he identifies himself or if people identify himself with Blacks.

Well the goal of the thread was whether or not someone who has African ancestry but may or may not look black is considered so by the board.. so it doesn't matter if people identify him as black in Cuba for the purpose of this thread.

Nobody would consider Madonna's daughter Black, your question is just ridiculous. Not even his father would be Black, he would always be perceived as Latino in the US

You should have added more ambigious looking people on the poll. Gina, Dania, and Susanna would all be Black in a Anglo-Germanic context because of thier dark skin, and African features.

My most recent poll has East Africans, Egyptians, and very light quadroon types.

I consider them as blacks, mulattos ,quadroons and octoroons (although not very visible in phenotype of some of them). Heather Locklear is not an exception,she may looks have northern european origins, but she never cheated on me, there is something in her that does not convince me.

She looks not pure, even if she has blue eyes and blond hair . She couldn't pass in Europe. She looks some sort of British/Dutch but they are always something in her who makes she couldn't pass .

I consider her socially white , but not white in an anthro way .


By the way she is a gorgeous beautiful woman. She is the best looking american actress IMO
