I'm not going to try and deny it, the UK does have an issue with working class delinquents who love nothing more than to cause trouble and violence. They mainly come from social housing, but you do get more "upmarket" chavs too.

Is there any other country which has "chavism" and a similar style of juvanile delinquency like the UK?

In Australia you get the bogan. He/she doesn't dress like an English chav but their mentality is the same.

I think every country that has a social divide has a "chav" culture. The exception then would be countries where everyone is middle class (like the Nordic ones or Japan) and countries where everyone is poor.

I don't know if it's the same, as the only heavy drinkers in Greece are Brits or other Europeans, but we have something quite similar, the ''Kagkouras''. I have to mention that they do not always come from poor families though. Most of them put tons of gel in their hair, act very macho, although not being always, some drive motorbikes which make a lot of noise, others are fixing their cars in order to make them 'drifty', they also add bass systems etc.

Umm I don't think that's quite much like chavie... We've got a urban tribe in Chile that wears exactly the same clothes that the people of your pictures, but we call them 'Pokemons'... They're a really different group than 'Flaytes' (Chavs...)

We don't really have an equivalent to Chavs in Turkey. The closest thing would probably be the football firms loitering around and spray painting shit.
