Nice. Constructive criticism would be to add some British phraseology into the verbiage.

Some stereotypes are some I have, others are just lame ones I couldn't find better for, others I've stolen on the internet. I sure had a hard time with countries like Latvia or the Former Yugoslavic countries.
Enjoy!

Greece and Finland are not Eastern Europe.
this division is political one and greece and finland wasnt in soviet block, so they arent.
Practically though, many "eastern" countries have more similar tradition to some "western" than to other "eastern", they same vice versa.

50 years of communism created some common identities but did not wipe off 1000 or more years before communism.

The same in the "west", i cannot imagine what specific ties connect for instance Finland and Portugal, Greece and Norway, Austria and Ireland, Netherland and Italy or Denmark and Spain?

Existence of "eastern Europe" and 'eastern Europe' along borders of former soviet block is intelectual laziness plus defensive mechanism, thats it.

Horse head - that's stolen from Lithuanians, because they usually call Latvians like that. And you know why? Well, I thought about that for a long time and my versions were that maybe we look like horses in the eyes of Lithuanians or maybe we are just ugly, but no. Actually it is because the the Gulf of Riga reminds them a horse:

Do you see a horse head?

Now I see. I see indeed a horse head. Nice. It's indeed stolen from Lithuanians. It seems like only Estonians and Lithuanians have stereotypes about Latvians, maybe also the Russians living in the Baltics have their stereotypes.
