Depends on what kind of dance, when it comes to break dance it's Latin American mestizos and white European guys hands down, the awesome Swedish break dance crew GROUNDED all consists of Swedes and Chilenos, check this out;

allthough you shouldn't underestimate Asian b boys, they're on the rise!

I was all into break dancing back in the days, and my teachers were two guys of Swedish/Peruvian and Swedish ancestry, allthough since I have the strength of a kitten I never got particulary good at the power moves, so I kept it to the street dancing.

If i look at the professional dancers at my school, a lot of them are from Latin America (pred Euro), Spain and Israel. Ill vote for Latin Americans though because they also like to touch a lot.

Latinos for sure, with Blacks closely behind. Blacks are better at freestyle dancing, while Latinos are better at more formal kinds of dancing.

Depends on the dance. I don't consider bending down and shaking your ass for half an hour as particularly impressive "dancing".
The most diverse dances seems to come from Latin countries, but it must be a cultural thing, since Latin people can be any kind of "race", or any kind of mixture.
I did vote "Oceania", since there was no neutral option.
It is definitely cultural and not really as associated with any one 'race' as it seems to be in the US. LatinAmericans would more likely associate dancing ability to a sub-region rather than any one race.
To give you an example, as an Americanized Latino I wan't really in touch with dancing Merengue at first until I was sent to DR. Saying you don't know how to dance and/or refusing to dance with a woman=suspiciously unmanly, gay, etc.

cake walk dance is considered a formal dance, almost forgotten though.

I vote "black" hands down, however I think that this all depends on what type of dance and music you are into. Being young, urban and "black" I'm more into the rap/club hip hop type of dancing. The popularity of the types of "black" hip hop dancing here in the U.S. tends to vary from region to region, city to city. In Memphis where I'm originally from there is a unique style of dancing called Memphis Buckin/Gangsta walkin/Jookin. Here are some of the best that I've come across on youtube:

I took part in dancing competitions some years ago and almost all really good male dance partners were either gays or bisexuals.

I think it may be caribbean hispanics who are overall the best dancers, but it depends. I've heard the stereotype that Mexicans and certain other mainlanders (mainly from mestizo countries) are awkward dancing tropical music, but two of my cousins' boyfriends are mexican and they can dance dominican music well

Why do i see Latin Americans but not Latin Europeans?

Anyway i'd say probably the Spaniards as far as classy, sophisticated, sexy dancing goes afterall it was the Spaniards who gave Latin America their "flava". As for street dancing? Black people
