This question is very interesting, BUT I believe that it has to do more with the culture then genetic/ skin tone reasons. My dad looks like a dark skinned (some has said he looks Egyptian) because of his euro, and SSA admixture blah blah blah.. , and trust me he has never touched a women in his life, not aggressive whatsoever, he's very calm and quiet sometimes even too much. So the same with dark skinned Indians they can get alogn with ladies others don't.

Some female north indian look pretty nice. Some really light male indians can pass as locals in places in Latin American so I guess that if they don't act all funky like they uually do they'll do just like anyone else,
