I'm a boxing fan, and I have a lot of friends that are boxing fans. They all love Mayweather, and the most common name they have for Manny is to refer him by an ethnic slur -- "Gookuiao". So, it doesn't surprise me at all to see racist language coming from Floyd, considering that his fans are even worse.

Yellow, black, white, none of that bullshit actually matters to him. At the end of the day, he's all about the green.

Yup.

The only thing Money Mayweather loves more than cash is himself. His pride and arrogance is what's stopped this bout from happening, and it's a shame because it would be the greatest boxing event since the Ali days.

So he can say that Manny does steroids, or insult Manny's ancestry, or say Manny is a coward, but the bottom line is, Floyd wants to remain undefeated into retirement. He's afraid of what Pac Man can do.

I think Mayweather is more yellow than Manny is.

Definitely. Manny is the best, and maybe Floyd trash talk like that because he's afraid of Manny? I think he is.

Yes, like when original Muslims were bullied by Qureish and then went on to make life hell for the next 1400 years for everyone from Egypt to Indonesia. It is a chain, thank you for pointing that out

Seriously, Muslims/Arabs don't have the moral high ground on anything-such a brutal and horrible history.
wow, strong ignorant retort.

As for the fight, for all his trash-talk and arrogance, 'pretty'boy sure acks it up, and his slight height/reach advantage might be too much for Pacqui.

In an outlandish racist rant, Floyd Mayweather Jr. has labelled Filipino boxer Manny Pacquai a 'Yellow' chump and a midget - that whilst being a staggering 4 centimetres taller!

I just found it a little disturbing that an Afro-American - those who have been subject to the worst racism in history - has the gall to label someone else via a derogatory racial slur.

The funniest thing is, he's not even yellow, but resembles his namesakes, Pakis.

What are your views on this - or more potently, an afro-american being racist to another race other than white, in what is an unprovoked assault ?.
I've yet to get a negative response out of an Asian for referring to him as yellow. And there's plenty round here.

Besides, being 5 and a half feet is pretty damn short, tho I know it's considered tall for an Asian. Many people would consider Pacquiao a "little man", which people often call midget, and being that Mayweather's got 2 solid inches on him, I'm thinkin he gets to make that call.

Bottom line is, racism is about power. It only works in the context of that power dynamic. Mayweather can get away with that sort of shit. Just sit on that and let it marinate on you for a second.

Two solid inches? No one is talking about penis size here. 2 inches does nothing in terms of height, the difference between 5'6 and 5'8 isn't great, especially in a fight.

Dude, penis size? You're quite right, no one was talking about penis size... that is, until you got here.

Anyway, the midget comment had nothing to do with fighting ability, Pacquiao fanboy. The 2 inches was, for me at least, Mayweather's justification for calling him a midget. Then you start talking about Pacqui's penis and how good he fights in the next sentence, and that's where you lost me. Go home dawg.

Mayweather has no justification to call anyone a midget. My 13 year-old cousin his his height.

He's trying to establish his superiority over Pacquiao the only way he can, trashtalking, because the facts don't lie. Pacquiao is the pound for pound best boxer in the world, and had to earn his name, rather than coming from boxing royalty.

He may be wealthier than God and have fancy clothes, cars, etc... but at the end of the day he's thug ghetto trash, while Pacquiao who came from humble roots is a respectable man who actually cares about his community.

Another fanboy? Please, save it pimpin. You wouldn't wanna box it out with me to settle it (and more importantly, we can't anyhow), so arguing over the internet about it is just pussy shit.

Thug ghetto trash that can whoop some ass. That's the point here bruh. Boxing aint no damn Red Cross. And speaking of helping his community at any rate, read up boi.

Mayweather is still undefeated. To say Manny is pound-for-pound better than him is just your opinion, and based on nothing. Mayweather's record is far better than Manny's, and that is a fact.

They have to fight before you can say with any conviction that Manny is better than him. I will agree that Manny is far more exciting to watch, but that doesn't mean he is a better boxer.

I'm from Brooklyn. I may not be all that muscular, but used to I train at Gleason's gym in Brooklyn (aka where Paulie Malignaggi and Mike Tyson work out) and could probably knock you out with two shots. Not that I'd want to, and not that it's anything more than bullshit talk.

...which is Mayweather's specialty. He can't put his "Money" where his mouth is.

Look, tough guy, I'm trained as well, but being trained in boxing or any other combat sport doesn't make your opinion any more realistic.

Ring Magazine rated Manny #1, doofus. They're the experts, not you.
Mayweather is undefeated because he cherry-picks his fights.

I will admit though that it is interesting to see the colored clique jump to the defense of one of their own. This must be racial bullshit.

Manny wanted to fight, and then Floyd went with insisting on that blood test bullshit.

All subjective garbage. You should checkout the MMA rankings. All rankings are subjective garbage. It is that simple. Floyd wants blood testing because Manny may be on 'roids. If Pacquiao is not on 'roids, then the testing is no big deal, right?

Pacquiao agreed to reasonable testing being done. He just didn't like Floyd's plan for it.

Floyd wanted him to give blood right before the fight, and Manny thinks that would weaken him, and whether it would or not is irrelevant. It's a big psychological factor, and you never want a boxer doubting himself before the biggest fight in his career. He would be more than willing to give blood right before the pre-fight press conference and the day after the fight. Floyd is an unrealistic primadonna and demands everything be exactly his way.

Ring magazine is the number one source for who is the best and the Ring magazine championships are more meaningful than actual WBA WBC etc. because they don't have the stupid politics of "Oh, you didn't face OUR #1 contender when we wanted you to, so we're holding up the belts" nonsense. Ring knows more than you and I combined, and they say Manny is the best.

Sounds to me like Manny is worried about testing positiive. Floyd would be tested the same way, so it is not as if the testing is unfair towards Manny. I agree that Floyd's request is strange, but if Manny is clean, then there is no problem.

Look, dude, RINGS just wants to sell magazines. If placing Manny as #1 pound-for-pound is going to make readers happy, then they are going to put him at #1. I've been following MMA and boxing for over a decade now, and the rankings in both sports are ridiculous, and most people realize that. Not you obviously.

I mean, really, how can you say Manny is better with any conviction when he hasn't fought Floyd?

I don't buy your talk, not even for a Brooklyn minute. You caint even get in striking range before I molliwhop the shit out you, forgot I'm 6'6'' hah. You think I don't know exactly where to knock your dome to drop you right quick just cuz you trained in a swanky ass gym and I didn't... foolish bruh, straight foolish.

And at any rate, tha fuck you talkin bout, can't put his money where his mouth is. You show me one time Mayweather lost and I'll shut up. Til then, keep on talkin out the side of your neck boy.

I will admit though that it is interesting to see the colored clique jump to the defense of one of their own. This must be racial bullshit. Yeah, Roche is white bruh.
