Wanted to get my lenses and camera body calibrated together. Local Canon repair center quoted me 200 euro, but also said that if I was a member of the CPS group (Canon Professional Services) then I would get the calibration for free.

Checked it out online, and it appears membership is determined by the equipment you have. You must have 3 qualifying lenses (which I do), and two qualifying camera bodies (which I do). One application email later and I'm now a member.
