As for the macro shots (especially the 1st one) i think he first zoomed and then used macro mode. By zooming and then focusing you can get a lot closer to objects..just gotta resize the pics!

A huge factor is the lighting of the room that you're in. I noticed in your picture that the room looked a little dark and was using orangish bulbs. Rooms with fluorescent bulbs in them tend to look much better than rooms with standard lighting. Also bright daylight looks very good.

As for settings, I have the picture quality as 'fine' instead of normal, I of course turn macro mode on for any close up shots, and I have the picture size set to the largest possible. When resized in photoshop the pictures look way better than if you keep them full size. If there's ever any less than optimal light levels(like even if you're in a lighted room but it's not THAT bright) i turn on night mode, or there seems to be too much noise.

Other than that it's pretty much just keeping your hands steady and knowing where and what pictures you can take that will end up looking good.

EDIT: Even a little basic photoshopping on your picture makes it look pretty damn good.

Meh its not the best but its not bad for a nextel. I will take nextel (IDEN) with a average camera over any regular cdma network anyday of the week.

BTW this is what I do for work. My father and I own our own business.

How do you increase shutter time on K750i?

And can it be done on K800i too?

viagsjicguara 01-08-2007 05:55 AM

I use the program FAR manager + the SE flash plugin to replace the camdriver with a modded one. It allows you to change a lot like iso/shutter/contrast/zoom etc.

I don't think the k800 is supported by the SEflash plugin yet (not sure) and afaik there's no modded driver for k800 yet..
