Honestly, I think we would be asking exactly the same question about Japanese Dojos if this was a European program.

Point being, a well known comedian walks in and fools around. Everyone will probably just have a laugh as they Japanese guys did.

It's actually not a club at all. They're just photo machines (usually gathered in great quantities at arcades) that print out the photos as little stickers. You can also select different backgrounds, borders, and write graffiti. You can see the pictures when he opens his pencil case.
