Probably redundant to post but I did search this website and came up empty handed. I need to know what is the calling card to call to Thailand (mostly outside of BKK) FROM US (Arizona). So far a friend of mine has told me about this one and it seemed so-so:

I haven't tried it yet and what I used now is the standard supermarket brand ($5 for 40min.)
I pretty much call mobiles and seldom house phones by the way. Please help...

also, what exactly is a surcharge and when does it apply. ie 20%minutes surcharge.
