your Girlfriend will need to go to the British Embassy in Bangkok where she will have to apply for a visa to come to the UK.She can apply for a holiday visa which does not allow employment,a marriage visa which also does not allow employment and finally an employment visa which the company offering the job will have to assist.If you are to be her"sponsor" you will have to provide details of your employment,salary and bank statements.She will have to provide evidence that you have known her for a while such as letters etc.
