Misleading News by Times of India. Can a dead person recover in Annal Gandhi Hospital in Trichy? Well! According to Times of India today it is possible.

It all began when DMDK councilor K Sankar initiated a discussion on the menace of stray cows on the city streets. He was joined by DMK councilor G Sathiya Moorthy who said a woman was attacked by a stray cow on Monday and she was battling for life in a city hospital.

Then, Sathiya Moorthy said, "I have just received news that the woman I was referring to is no more”. As silence prevailed, he continued, "The House must accept responsibility for her death and must explore the possibility of giving compensation to the next of kin”.

Mayor A Jaya ordered the House to observing three minutes silence to mourn the death.
