one nice thing about planes, if your learning the right way, you find an instructor. he has primary control of the aircraft and can give it to the "buddy box"(wich is another radio hooked to the main one)whenever he wants to. that way if you goof, he can save it until you get used to it. At first it seems very hard, but after a bit you start to get ahead of the plane instead of the plane ahead of you.

Thanks for the compliment on my description....thats about how it happend...

Hi,

I've been flying R/C aeroplanes for about 6 years now. Progressed from a trainer upto WWII 'warbirds' (as you would say across the pond). Only crashed 1 (a Japanese Zero) and its was spectacular; bits all over the place. Spent all my spare time this year in the dojo and consequently haven't flown as much as would have liked. Why do you keep crashing? Do you fly rudder/elevator or do you like ailerons as well?

im not wuite off the trainer yet, but i had an elevator pull out and it mad a spectacular noise. that went something along the lines of " OH Sh**.......(instructor)I have the plane..........Oh no....BUZZZZZZZZ......BOOOM...well that sucked..."

R/c planes

Im sick of fighting in the flames section so im going to quit looking at it.

Anyone on here fly R/C aircraft? i took it up as a hobby after i was hurt so badly, and it has kind of become a way to pass time(although its getting frustrating....i keep braking planes) since i cant do much kendo(thats fixing to change)
