Server Too Busy?!

Is just me or anyone in here has problem getting in the forum section. A message that says "server too busy, please try again later" shows all the time. I wonder whats going on. Are they doing maintenace on the server?

I keep getting that message all the time ever since this change has been made on the avator thing.

I don't know what's going on but i get the message alot.
