After many years I've finally realised something... I'm allergic to training!!!
Look at the evidence... When I train I start by getting a sweat; followed by a red rash that comes across my face; then I get short of breath and dizzy!! all this is followed by aches and pains!!! see this quote from dictionary.com Main Entry: al·ler·gy Pronunciation: 'al-&r-jE Function: noun Inflected Form: plural -gies 1 : altered bodily reactivity (as hypersensitivity) to an antigen in response to a first exposure 2 : exaggerated or pathological reaction (as by sneezing, respiratory embarrassment, itching, or skin rashes) to substances, situations, or physical states that are without comparable effect on the average individual 3 : medical practice concerned with allergies See point 2: 'skin rashes', 'respiratory embarrassment' (I liked this one best!), etc... As far as I am concerned this is an allergic reaction to physical exercise!!! |

Well... yeah. Bacterial stresses your body the same way physical exertion does. So, if we consider practice as what would otherwise be harmless, then, yeah, you have total allergies. But, since physical exertion is a bitch anyway, and your system is responding by shutting down much like one would do while producing an extreme fever, you can say that practice can also be an infection.
