Has anyone actually tried this?
The reason for asking is that it recently showed up in Sweden.

One can at least hope that it will perhaps give kendo and iaido classes more people. And perhaps more women too, which would be a GoodThing(tm).

Default Powerstrike Forza
Now, I'm all for people, especially women , getting into shape. And these women do look fit. But I don't get it, why not just do the real thing?

Also currently featured at Nike Women, center image at this time (Forza).

I guess its sort of like kendo without the spirit, as much effort, discipline etc. For people who don't have time or to commit to a martial art.

I'm so happy that kendo is on the new-age fitness bandwagon now. I can't wait to join powerstrike forza!

interesting. why didn't we think of that to draw more people, plus this way they can move right into kendo.

Now what would be amusing is to see someone turn up to one of these Powerstrike Forza sessions in full kendo-gi, bogu, and with a shinai.

I knew that a lot of health clubs had the likes of boxing, and a bit of kickboxing for cardio, but it's the first time I've seen anything like this Forza thing.
