Hi!
I read that you wanted to do Kyudo, so I found you a Kyudo dojo. ![]() Please look on this site for Heki Ryu Bisshu Chikurin-ha Kyudo: http://www.zenko.org/contact.html There is a Kyudo dojo right in Rochester. ![]() There are several Kyudo federations, and Zenko is one of them. They are all good. The others listed no dojos for New York. If you would like more detailed information on Kyudo, I know of two very well informed Kyudo people. Earl Hartman-sensei, on e-budo.com who has practiced Kyudo for years, and then R.A. Sosnowski-sensei, who has practiced Kyudo for at least 7 1/2 years(Last year in around Sept., he'd said it was 6 1/2, so I just added a year.), of this forum and on e-budo. Please ask them if you have further questions. Here are the other federations if you are curious about them: American Kendo Renmei http://www.kyudo.com/akr.html ------------------- Good articles by Sosnowski-sensei on Kyudo: http://www.fightingarts.com/reading/....php?cat=Kyudo ------------------ ANKF(All Nippon Kendo Federation) recognised dojo list: http://www.kyudo.com/kyudo-r.html ------------------ Well, I hope this is of use to you! ![]() Kaoru P.S. I didn't PM this to you, because I figured others might want this information too. |
