I've ordered some nice tengui at wafu-life this week 4 to be precise.

I don't think there is an age limit to wearing a mickey mouse tengui.

I would wear it not buy it.

What? Mickey or Totoro? The Giblhi shop next to the front entrance of Asakusa(Where all those rickshaw guys are) sells 'em. They got lots of other cute stuff too...hahaha especially Jiji in a cage(Kiki's delivery service).
