where does school fit into your kendo training?

well i'm graduating with my Bachelor's next saturday...and i kind of feel bad because i only have one chance a week to train kendo at my dojo, because that's the schedule...anyway, i'm getting ready to graduate, and ive been trying to finish the term off strong, and i've neglected kendo for the past 3 week, and i kind of feel bad for doing so....should i?

so where does kendo fit into school and work for you guys?

I enjoy Kendo and practice as often I can but work and school come first. Don't feel bad about missing some practices due to school, just work harder next time you go :P

It varies for me, during the yeqar I never miss kendo for school, I'm able to catch up easily. But during "crunch" times such as finals or project deadlines, they just have to come first. My dad will not buy my shinai forever, I'll have to pay for them, and can't do that without a good job.

i'm the same...haven't even seen the dojo for 3 or 4 weeks now...

hopefully this will be my last week of exams then i can go back to twice a week everyweek...

Rephrase: So where does kendo fit into your school?

We all will generally agree with the general list of life priorities, family work kendo. There really is no deviating from this. However, there are times when a nice break from studying to do so kendo will do wonders for reducing stress level and get you to return to your studies with added energy. You need to find the balance. Also, if it helps, show up for half a practice. Even that is better than nothing. As long as the sensei or club members understand you are leaving for valid reasons, maybe this will help you to fit both into your schedule and people will understand that you aren't skipping out, just trying to cover all your bases.

Well, working on a thesis and not having a job yet, gives me time to practice kendo the 4 times a week schedule that the dojo has.

Yeah, in the last keiko before exam period (which ended last friday http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif ) I told sensei I wasn't gonna be able to come for a week or two, and he said it was alright.

I start my MBA this september, and i will also be working full-time 8-5p M-F. since it's graduate courses, they're mainly offered at night. We have kendo practice every tuesday 7:00-8:30p

i guess im gonna have to do a bit of creative planning for my classes so i can do all three! :P

Food first (i.e., work, employment, trying not to get my a$$ fired), then kendo...

I just want to say that you have made a great effort in making this post which is appreciable. I have learned a lot from this post which will help me a lot in future. https://www.dumpscafe.com/Braindumps-CISM.html

Participating in the kendo training and fulfilling educational responsibilities has become very challenging for me. However, after reading college-paper.org reviews from an authentic source, I am very determined and passionate about achieving my goals.
