Exercise community - Funbeat

For the last year or so I've been a happy user of an exercise community called Funbeat. Since it is now available in english I thought that there might be a few people here interested in trying it.
Features:
* See how much time you really spend exercising.
* "Compete" against your friends.
* Set personal goals which can be quite flexible.
* Create groups which people can join and discuss, compete and set "group goals

If anyone joins I will gladly create a "Kendo World" group so that we can finally see who is practicing the most http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/wink.gif

The URL is http://www.funbeat.se, then click "In english!" and create your account. http://www.funbeat.se/inenglish.asp seem to go there directly.

So come on! It's a tad boring when there are only two people registering kendo practice, we want more people! http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif

I will gladly answer any questions from the sceptics http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/wink.gif

I have also created a "Kendo World" group, feel free to join!

But that's a good thing and not cheating http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif

That's the fun part about logging your exercise activities: you can see extreme periods going both ways http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/wink.gif

Yeah it's gonna balance with the next 2 weeks since I'll be on holidays. I'll bring my bogu, though, anybody does kendo in Vienna or Berlin here ?

I'd say only one of those extremes is actually "fun" to see put into all the different graphs and statistics though...

If you can't remember old dates then just start logging them from today and forward. I usually go home after practice and directly log each practice. That way I seldom forget to do it, and it is easier to estimate the level of intensity.
