I'm not sure about May or June... GKA will host the Fall SEUSKF tournament and there will be testing at that. I forget the date but I think it's scheduled for Oct.There may be a test for nidan and above but no firm details as of yet that I know of. Maeda sensei is the VP of promotions this year so you could try to email him (if you don't have his email let me know offline). It seems to me someone was talking about doing something over the summer but I don't remember right now who or what. I'll check my notes if someone else doesn't answer you definitively before I get a chance.
