I had an in-dojo relationship ... lasted about a month, but we're still really good friends now, has had no impact on the practices at all.
talk to the guy let him know the dojo floor is no place to make his move. tell him to ask her out or something, get to know her out of class. Because if practice is the only place they meet, you cant keep it of the floor, thus interfering with practice.
