I had a bad day at the dojo yesterday, forgot exercise commands, jumbleds the seiza commands* and performed poorly during practice. School (summer assignments) and other things I've taken up just feel they are piling up on me. Can you guys notice when certain kendo players are having bad days? What do you guys do when you have bad days? Talk about it, I feel like crud still.
*(I don't what those are called, feel free to tell me if those commands have a certain category.) |

aaww poor you.
but dont feel too bad i have bad days on seminars, they are the worst. look at it as a learning thing if you are jumbling up commands, then take 5 minutes from our studies and sit down and learn them, though you do get them in time consider why you did poorly in keiko and look at correcting yourself next week kendo is after all a hobby, you should be enjoying it, and using it as a break from all the book work. as for the piling up of assignments, get your arse of here and get on with them ![]() seriously though, im sure your teachers have told you, make a timetable and stick to it. i used to prioritise my assignments. get those due in first done first. if there are more than one due in on the same date, pick one and do that before doing another one. perhaps do a nice one to get you into it, then a toughy, then a nice easy one to finnish? good luck with it all dude ![]() |

cheers mate, we´ve all had bad days, lift yourself from the floor and try again, you´ll have plenty of chances to make it up
![]() I think that most of the times when someone has a bad day, they´re like not really there, maybe finishing those things that prevent you from being fully there would help? I have that problem from time to time =/ ...but what the hell, it has to be done! |
