So, three of the four semi-finalists in this year's AJKC were from Osaka. And Osaka clinched this year's policeman's championship. What gives? Is it just a fluke? Are they pumping kendo mojo into the municipal water supply? What do you think is going on there? (George? Care to take a stab at this one?)
