my roomate made pancakes and had one left over. He made thm with waffel mix to see if it would work. I went up to the one in the pan, and tried to pick it out of the pan by hand. The pancake had puffed up quite a bit and was cooled off so i wasn't worried about getting burned or touching the hotter pan. When I touched it it shocked the shiet out of me. crazies thing that happened to me in a long time. weird?

Well, you probably accidentally touched the pan, and where you're at, it's cold and probably really dry too. So, you got tagged by the pan as a result. You hadn't walked on carpet in leather soled slippers just before, did you? That'll do it. All you have to do is shuffle through the house on carpet without picking up the feet properly, and it generates static electricity.(Had it happen before.) I think socks might do the same thing. Don't touch metal if you decide to not walk properly in the winter. In my house, the silly light switches will even shock you good in the middle of winter(The only time they do this.) and I really hate it. It gets very very dry up here.
Of course, this might not be what happened in your case... It's just a thought as to what caused it. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/smile.gif
But yeah, to get shocked by a pan is pretty strange... Was the waffle pancake good? Sounded interesting! If it was good, I think I want to try it. I love pancakes! I also love waffles.
